Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Digital Services & Consultation Bookings

Because astrology readings, personalized reports, and birth chart analyses are fully digital, customized, and delivered instantly or via personalized labour (once the reading begins), all sales are final. No refunds are provided once the service has been delivered, or once your astrologer has begun compiling the reading.

 

2. Live Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling

For booked live, one-on-one astrology sessions (via video or phone):

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a live session within 24 hours of the appointment, or fail to show up, the session fee is non-refundable.

 

3. Payment Processing & Dispute Resolution

FireSeed Astrology processes payments globally and locally. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • ⁠PayPal, ⁠Apple Pay, & Google Pay: Handled securely through their respective networks and subject to their terms.

  • Interac (Canada): Interac e-Transfer payments are collected through your automated gateway. Eligible refunds for Interac payments will be processed via direct bank transfer or issued back as store credit.

  • Disputes: If you experience an issue, contact support first. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in temporary or permanent bans from booking future services.

 

4. Provincial & Consumer Rights

For consumers residing in jurisdictions with mandated cooling-off periods for digital services (such as Alberta or British Columbia), you may cancel your contract within the legally prescribed window (typically 7–10 days, provided the service has not yet commenced or the digital content has not been downloaded/delivered). If eligible under applicable local laws, refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving your written cancellation notice.

 

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Support

To request an appointment change or inquire about a refund, email your request to your support desk. Ensure you include your Full Name, Order Number, Email Address, and Date of Purchase.
